Cascara - Tea from coffee fruit peels, made from 100% fully ripe coffee fruit peels, produced by sun-drying method in Cau Dat, Lam Dong, gentle flavor: slightly sour taste with honey aroma, dried fruits.
- Ingredients: 100% fully ripe coffee fruit peels.
- Region: Cau Dat, Lam Dong.
- Usage: 15 peels cascara + 250ml hot water 96 - 980C.
- Put 15 peels into tea pot.
- Rinse the tea with a little water (put a little water into the tea pot to wash).
- Pour out the tea rinse water.
- Add 250ml of water to the pot.
- Brew the tea in 5 minutes.
- Enjoy hot or with ice
- In order to increase swetness, you can add more honey.
Note: Arcording to your taste, you can increase/decrease the amount of cascara tea, the amount of water, and the incubation time to get the suitable recipe.
- Shelf Life: 12 months from the manufacturing date.
- Preservation: Keep the product in a cool, dry place and avoid from direct sunlight. Don't use the products which have the signal of mold or damage.
