- Vietnam phin usage:
Ratio: 25 grams of coffee and 100ml of hot water (96 - 980C). Put 25 grams of coffee (about 1/2 the filter) into the filter, shake the filter to distribute the coffee evenly and tightly. Put the filter on the cup, pour 30ml of water into the filter and wait 30 seconds for the coffee to bloom. Add 70ml of water and wait for the coffee to drip down. Enjoy! Add sugar, milk, ice to desired.
