Return and Exchange Policy
Customers need to check the status of the goods and can exchange/return the goods right at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
1. Apply exchange/return and terms and conditions Exchange/return conditions
- Wrong products or quantity as ordered.
- Defective goods: broken.
- Customers are responsible for providing relevant documents complete the refund/exchange of goods.
2. Cases in which returns are not applicable
- For customers buying coffee for bar, restaurants, hotels, wholesalers, export customers, green coffee beans in large quantities: apply according to conditions written on the contract.
- Products that are not defective cannot be exchanged/returned.
- Products purchased during promotional programs are not eligible for exchange/ return.
3. Time to exchange/return goods
- Request an exchange/return when eligible for return, you need to notify us immediately upon receiving the goods (The shipper has not left yet).
- Product return time: within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Return notification time: we will notify you of exchange/return/addition within 48 hours.
4. Exchange cost
If there is a product error or a manufacturer error, you will receive a free return and free delivery based on the order address.
Besides, you can bring the product directly to the outlet for resolution.
