Complaint policy

- We accept all complaints related to our products and services which you use them.

- You can complain by contacting directly, via hotline, zalo. 

- Your complaint will be resolved within 3 days, special cases will be negotiated directly between the two parties.

- We will not resolve below cases: 

  • Product is exceeded shelf life.
  • Products stored in conditions which are not consistent with recommendations, broken, scratched, peeling labels.
