Delivery policy
We apply the following delivery policy:
1. Delivery method
- Customers can get the coffee directly at the outlet.
- Shipping: we use the third parties service.
2. Delivery time
- When you order successfully, we will contact you within 24 hours to process the order. If you need it urgently, please call hotline 0786 656 159 (8am - 6pm).
- Delivery time is 3 - 5 days after finalizing the order with you. However, there are still some exceptions that lead to late delivery.
- The delivery staff cannot contact the customer. In this case, we will contact you 2 more times within 1-2 days. If we still cannot contact you, we will cancel the order.
- Address is difficult to find/wrong address. + Due to delay/problem of the shipping unit.
3. Shipping fee
The customer will pay the shipping fee to the shipping unit when receiving the goods. The shipping fee depends on the request for express or economical delivery that you choose, depending on the location and weight of the order. We will check and inform you of the fee when finalizing the order.
4. For customers who buy coffee for bar, restaurants, hotels, wholesalers, export customers, and large quantities of green coffee beans: mutually agree to choose/sign a contract with the shipping unit. to get the most optimal fees.
5. Note: In case a sudden increase in orders leads to delays, we will notify and reach an agreement with customers immediately upon closing the order.
