Ordering process

Wholesale customers, please contact us directly or leave information in the contact us section, and we will contact you for more detailed information.

Retail customers please refer to the following ordering process:

STEP 1: SEARCH AND SELECT PRODUCT

– You can search for products in 2 ways:

1. Type the product name into the search bar.

2. Search by PRODUCT category on the menu bar. Go to PRODUCTS section to select.

- After searching and selecting the product. Please CLICK on a specific product to view the product. Here, customers choose the Quantity of the product they want to buy, Weight, and the Product Type (wholebeans or grounded...). And choose to buy the product by CLICK on the "ADD TO BASKET" or "BUY NOW" button

- After CLICK on the "BUY NOW" button or the icon of basket, customers can choose "Continue to shopping" or "Proceed to checkout"

STEP 2: ORDER ONLINE AND PAY FOR THE ORDER

On the payment page, customers should note that they fill in all required information for the order:

You can choose 1 of 2 available payment methods:

1. Payment Payment upon receipt in cash (COD). Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in the privacy statement.

2. Bank transfer make payment immediately to our bank account. Please use your Order ID in the Checkout text section. The order will be delivered after the money has been transferred.

Next you click “Place order” When the order is successful, a box appears as follows:

Your order [code] has been received. TINO Coffee will call you back/ reply your e-mail within 24 working hours.
